Amazon Package Sorter (Kalispell)

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate at a delivery station, you will support the last step of the delivery process by preparing packages for dispatch. Your tasks include receiving, sorting, building, wrapping, and transporting packages and pallets, using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices. You will also load deliveries onto trucks and ensure packages are ready for drivers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare packages for delivery
• Use technology to sort, scan, and organize orders
• Build, wrap, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand instructions in English
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• Capability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and operate equipment
• Comfort working in varying temperatures and environments with moving vehicles

Work Conditions & Additional Info

The environment is climate-controlled but can vary; safety and equipment training are provided. Dress code is casual, with safety footwear required. The role involves physical activity, working around moving equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.
