About the role

PAM Transport is seeking experienced drivers to join our team. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months of experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position or 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform routine maintenance

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• At least 21 years old

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position
• Completion of an accredited school program for new drivers

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.

Schedule

Weekly home time is provided.
