Amazon Connect Technical Architect, Associate Vice President

Work You'll Do

• Leading enterprise package transformation programs that modernize sales, service, and customer-facing operations
• Shaping client strategies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps for package-enabled transformation initiatives
• Overseeing program delivery across business, functional, technology, data, and change management workstreams
• Building and expanding executive-level client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services
• Coeaching teams and leaders through complex transformation efforts to drive delivery quality, business outcomes, and market impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, to include a minimum of 5 years of enterprise, full-life cycle in Architecture in the professional IT/Software Development services industry
• 5+ years project experience architecting, building, and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS
• At least 4 years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements
• Applicable cloud certification within AWS
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Experience leading Amazon Connect and other Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution implementations, including integrations to common desktop applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, or SAP
• Experience with contact center technology strategy, multi-channel routing, self-service applications, outbound campaign management, workforce management, and artificial intelligence in customer service
• Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
