About the role

Prepare delicious and visually appealing dishes for hotel guests at the Bistro, including breakfast items and simple banquet/buffet cooking on some mornings and lunches. Shifts are typically Friday through Sunday, from 6:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen area
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the best possible dining experience
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Perform all aspects of food preparation, service, and cleanup

Requirements

• Prior experience as a cook or similar role
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
