AM Production Inventory Commodity Clerk

Description

The Inventory Commodity Clerk reports to the Production Supervisor and works full-time at the Delray Beach, FL location. This role is non-exempt.

The role involves verifying orders, running production numbers, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor/manager on order and inbound changes.
• Maintain accurate physical count in warehouse.
• Rotate inventory by received dates.
• File daily order changes.
• Maintain needed supplies of production documents.
• Avoid unsafe conditions and report them to supervisor.
• Work overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Mathematical computation skills.
• Proactive critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility with schedule; nights and weekends.

Skills

• Computer software proficiency (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull moderate weights.
• Manual dexterity.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, or climb ladders or steps.
• Corrected or uncorrected vision sufficient for reading labels and inventory tracking systems.
• Clear hearing and speech ability.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments.
