This posting is for 2 hours × 7 days per week ($40/hr) with a female Garden Grove client: 10–11 AM + 4–5 PM. Immediate shifts available.
Pay
$40 per hour. High probability of increase in hours with this client in the coming months. Weekly pay.
Schedule
- 10–11 AM and 4–5 PM, seven days per week

Responsibilities
- Assist client with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
- Provide joyful companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals (breakfast for AM shift and dinner for PM shift)
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up
- Monitor and report client’s daily activities and changes in health or behavior
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the client
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal), providing assistance with personal care, companionship, and activities of daily living
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to perform essential job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing stairs, and assisting clients with mobility
- Able to speak, read, and write English and communicate effectively with the office team (bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be current on the California Home Care Aide Registry (HCA PER ID number required)
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Tuberculosis (TB) test required within the previous 90 days (or within 7 days of hiring, or within 2 years if coming from another home care agency)
