AM/PM Banquet Captain

Wentworth by the Sea Resort and Spa is seeking a Captain to join our Banquet leadership team during both AM and PM events. Our food and beverage operation is extremely busy and offers a high earning potential.

Pay

Base rate of pay per hour plus gratuity.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the service team for business meetings and social events
• Act as a primary contact for guests during each event
• Demonstrate strong leadership presence
• Delegate responsibilities and oversee their completion

Schedule

AM Banquet Captains typically work the opening shift Monday–Friday with flexibility including some weekends and holidays. PM Banquet Captains work the closing shift.

Requirements

• Service experience preferred but not required
