AM Parts Specialist

About the role

Fogg Filler is seeking a talented AM Parts Specialist responsible for handling all details involving Fogg Filler Company customers for after-market parts requirements. This position works in parts order fulfillment assisting the parts manager and collaborates with Fogg customers to determine the correct parts needed.

You will coordinate and project manage large-scale projects through the engineering and production processes, enter accurate parts information into our computer system to process customers’ quotes and orders, and update and maintain customers' engineering files to ensure accurate information for future inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Take customer phone calls and emails for Fogg machinery parts requests.
• Provide project quotes for customer requests in a timely manner and follow up.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Good computer skills, including knowledge of word processing, data analysis, and spreadsheet applications.
• Legible handwriting.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a strong focus on detail and documentation.

Placement within the salary range is determined based on years of directly relatable experience, local and national compensation survey data, and other contributing factors.
