What You'll Do
- Execute Roman-style pizzas with precision, honoring the dough, process, and ingredients
- Support prep, fermentation, and service workflows built for consistency and speed
- Own your station from setup through service and breakdown
- Communicate clearly to keep service smooth, efficient, and positive
- Maintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in workspace (mise en place always)
- Stay curious: learn the "why" behind our techniques and menu
- Step in to help teammates without hesitation - we're building this together
Requirements
- Experience working with bread, pizza dough, baking, fermentation, pastry, or scratch-made food production, at least one year
- A meticulous eye for detail and consistency, understanding that great dough is built through precision, patience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage production schedules, prep lists, and multiple priorities while working independently
- Honest, dependable, and accountable, taking pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace and holding yourself to high standards of quality and food safety
- Helpful by nature and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing Roman-style pizza program while supporting the success of the larger kitchen team
