AM Dining Room - 6am-11am

Responsibilities

• Take all food and beverage orders from customers.
• Serve guests in accordance with company standards, ensuring warmth and graciousness.
• Check on customer satisfaction throughout the meal regarding food, service, and dining atmosphere.
• Maintain thorough familiarity with menu items and related materials.
• Clean and maintain all working areas and equipment.
• Complete designated side work efficiently and thoroughly.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to increase check averages.
• Refer any customer complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform all reasonable tasks requested by the food and beverage manager, restaurant manager, or host/hostess.
• Maintain a good working relationship with all staff members.
• Prepare and present bills to customers for payment using the point of sale (POS) system.
• Obtain settlement from customers, either cash or charge, and settle bills using the POS system.
• Reconcile cash and charge bills at the end of each shift.
• Assist in all company promotions when required.

Requirements

• Able to work 6 AM – 11 AM shifts.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to bend frequently during a shift.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English.
