Responsibilities

• Provide customers with fresh, high-quality deli products that meet their needs and expectations.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty through excellent service.
• Maintain the standard of excellence that defines Mendon Meadows Market Place.

Requirements

• Reliability with regular and predictable attendance.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of two morning weekday shifts (start time 6:30 AM) and one weekend shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
• Reliable commute or plans to relocate before starting employment.

Qualifications

• Grocery and retail experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills and a highly motivated demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed.
• Strong multitasking, focus, and efficiency.

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
