AM and PM Caregiver

Job Summary

Community Horizons is seeking an In-Home Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant in Eagle River, WI.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Safely transferring, toileting, and positioning
• Helping with meal preparation, dishes, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities (ADLs)

Requirements

• Kind, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable providing personal care assistance
• Respectful of routines and individual preferences
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Experienced in caregiving (preferred but not required)
• Bonus skills: Physical Therapy, Range of Motion, or related experience (training available)
