Role Responsibilities
- Supervise that activities on the farm are carried out correctly according to operational standards and procedures.
- Give the pre-work safety talk before starting activities.
- Fill required forms for the activity.
- Follow the weekly plan.
- Affirm that the personnel have complete and well-maintained personal protective equipment.
- Affirm that there are no food waste residues left in the fields.
- Care and supervise assets such as machinery and implements.
- Supervise, monitor, and manage the fields from planting until Jima.
- In case of having a vehicle under your charge, keep it in good condition and the logbook updated.
- Education: Engineering in Agronomy (Desirable)
- Experience: Two years in similar agricultural activities.
