Aluminum Division Leader

RL James Exteriors – Bradenton/Sarasota, FL Full-Time | Competitive Pay Based on Experience RL James Exteriors is seeking an experienced Aluminum Division Leader to oversee and grow our aluminum fabrication and installation operations throughout the Bradenton and Sarasota area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can lead a team, coordinate projects, maintain quality standards, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate has experience in aluminum fabrication and installation and enjoys building strong teams while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the Aluminum Division.Supervise shop fabrication and field installation crews.Schedule projects, crews, and material deliveries.Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.Read plans, verify measurements, and oversee project execution.Coordinate with customers, vendors, and office staff.Train, mentor, and develop team members.Monitor productivity, job costs, and project timelines.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.Assist with hiring and growing the Aluminum Division. Qualifications Experience in aluminum fabrication, aluminum construction, or similar trades.Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field.Experience managing crews and multiple projects.Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality.
