Aluminium Extrusion - Quality (Engineer to Manager)

About the Role

We are seeking a quality professional with a strong understanding of aluminium extrusion processes, metallurgy, and machining to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on experience with GD&T and dimensional controls.
• Utilize quality inspection instruments such as CMM, gauges, UTM, and spectrometer.
• Implement core quality tools including SPC, MSA, PFMEA, and PPAP.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate effectively with teams and communicate with customers to address quality concerns.
• Handle customer interactions and quality issues independently.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
• Industry preference: Aluminium Extrusion.
