Responsibilities

• Provide high-level personalized customer engagement
• Serve as a one-stop resource for customers, offering relevant products, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
• Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources
• Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
• Assume cashier duties as needed
• Participate in Loss Prevention initiatives
• Assist in the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store

• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers
• Customer service experience
• Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and be adaptable in the workplace
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge, experience, or willingness to learn about the products, activities, and community relevant to the store's customer base
• Attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, lift, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time

Pay

Hiring Range: $14.00 - $18.24 USD per hour
