  • Provide workstream sign-off for deliverables including target-state architecture inputs, detailed solution documents, business requirements, non-standard solution design, testing strategy, implementation plans, and operating model documentation.
  • Coordinate with Bank Loans, Alternatives, Transaction Management, Investment Accounting, Reconciliation, Cash, Data, Account Services, and Technology workstreams to identify design dependencies and integration points.
  • Lead engagement with subject matter experts and operational teams to confirm service scope, process ownership, control requirements, data requirements, and operational impacts.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for workstream risks, blockers, unresolved decisions, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Ensure workstream reporting accurately reflects status, risks, issues, milestones, decisions, and delivery health before program governance reviews.
  • Support migration strategy by helping define tranche sequencing, readiness criteria, testing approach, cutover considerations, hypercare requirements, and business-as-usual transition plans.
  • Drive issue resolution across internal teams and client-facing forums by translating complex operational and accounting topics into clear actions and decisions.
  • Promote process standardization, automation, risk reduction, and control strengthening across Bank Loans and Alternatives accounting activities.
  • Partner with global operations teams to ensure future-state processes are practical, resilient, scalable, and aligned to client service expectations.
  • Develop and deliver training, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness materials to support adoption of new processes, platforms, and controls.
  • Maintain a strong focus on client experience, service continuity, regulatory discipline, and operational risk management throughout the migration lifecycle.
