Alternative Payment Supervisor
About the role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, supportive, and adaptable leader to help guide our Early Care and Education Program team. In this role, you will perform key supervisory and administrative duties to ensure the successful fulfillment of our Alternative Payment Program (APP) contract—overseeing family eligibility determinations, provider enrollments, referral services, and fiscal operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee family eligibility determinations
- Manage provider enrollments
- Coordinate referral services
- Supervise fiscal operations related to the Alternative Payment Program
- Mentor staff and maintain program accuracy and compliance
- Navigate evolving regulations and solve problems creatively
Requirements
A typical way to qualify for this classification would be:
- Possession of an associate’s degree in business, public, or nonprofit administration; social sciences, human services, or other related field (preferred)
- Two years of experience performing work in the Alternative Payment Program that included making eligibility determinations, enrolling families or providers, and/or processing provider payments
- At least one year of lead worker experience in a social service program
Equivalent combinations of training, education, and experience that provide the required knowledge and abilities will also be considered.
Pay
$84,288.00 - $97,212.00 (salary step increase upon successful completion of probationary period).
