We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The description includes "What is the opportunity?" which is like about the role. Also "What will you do?" responsibilities. "What do you need to succeed?" requirements/qualifications/skills. "What’s in it for you?" benefits. Also salary info (Pay). Also maybe schedule? Not given. Also location details maybe not needed. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to decide sections: About the role (What is the opportunity?), Responsibilities (What will you do?), Requirements (What do you need to succeed?), Benefits (What’s in it for you?), Pay (salary range). Possibly Skills? The "Job Skills" list is separate; could be a Skills section. Also "Additional Job Details" includes address, work hours, employment type, platform, job type, pay type, posted date, application deadline. Some of that is metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short p or drop it. The instructions: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include location and work hours in a p maybe under a "Details" but not required. Better to include location and work hours as a short paragraph after sections. We must not create sections with filler text. So we need actual content. Let's extract: About the role: "As an Alternatives Investment Strategist for RBC US Wealth Management you will work alongside the Multi-Asset Portfolio Strategist, Wealth Strategists, Alternatives Consultants and other internal teams on developing, coordinating, and executing our alternatives ambitions. Must be able to maintain relationships that will relate to the overall success of the established firm goals Nice-to-have (could be part of Requirements or Skills). We could include as part of Requirements or separate "Preferred Qualifications". But instructions: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine must-have and nice-to-have under Requirements. Benefits: "What’s in it for you?" paragraph: "We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. This is metadata; we can fold into a short p. We must not include application instructions, boilerplate like "Our Employment Opportunities At RBC..." etc. So we stop before that.
