About the role

The Alternative Delivery Manager plays a critical role in the development of large, complex energy, infrastructure, marine and transportation projects. This position involves providing direction and management for all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects, from business development, teaming, pursuits & proposals, to active contract and design management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and management for all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects
  • Involvement in all phases of an alternative/collaborative delivery project lifecycle
  • Business development, teaming, pursuits & proposals
  • Active contract and design management
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multitasking while managing work internally and externally
  • Quickly making well-informed decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of project management, construction management experience
  • Construction experience in transportation engineering or transportation construction projects
  • PE & DBIA Certification (Desired)
  • Experience and understanding of alternative delivery projects
  • Travel requirements may exceed 50%
  • Experience in key project leadership roles
  • Client management on project pursuits and project delivery
  • Win strategies, pricing, and project scheduling experience
  • Technical writing experience
  • Understanding and experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Experience in key project leadership roles
  • Understanding and experience with win strategies, pricing, and project scheduling
  • Experience in technical writing
  • Understanding of Scheduling, Estimating, and Project Controls Software
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
