About the role

Responsible for supporting CSCI at the Springfield office. The selected candidate will ensure all SAP requirements, including security governance, personnel security, information security, physical security, and administrative security support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and oversight of security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (Security Governance).
  • Support clearance processing in a Multi-Level Security environment, insider threat mitigation, and assist with implementing a Security education program (Personnel Security).
  • Assist with data protection strategies, access control, incident response coordination, and secure handling of classified and sensitive information (Information Security).
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining access controls, facility protection measures, and physical risk assessments (Physical Security).
  • Maintain documentation, manage security records, and support audits and inspections (Administrative Security Support).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of DoD security experience.
  • 3–5 years of SAP or SCI experience.
  • SPO certification; familiarity with JADS/JADE.
  • Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance (SSBI within 5 years).

Qualifications

Experience levels:

  • LEVEL 1 – minimum of 3 years related experience.
  • LEVEL 2 – minimum of 5 years related experience (this position is classified as Level 2, but Level 3 professionals are also encouraged to apply).
  • LEVEL 3 – minimum of 8 years related experience.
  • LEVEL 4 – minimum of 10 years related experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in security or business.
  • SFPC certification (optional).

Travel

Infrequent travel may be required.

Pay

Compensation is determined by education, certifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, and contract-specific requirements.

Salary range: $67,000 – $115,000 per year (based on full-time status).
