Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, using clear communication and problem-solving skills.
• Manage customer flow efficiently to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

• Promote alterations services and personalization options to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized alterations room to provide a flawless shopping experience.
• Perform duties as assigned by store management, including inventory management and cash wrap activities.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with a POS (Point of Sale) system.
