Alterations Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial part in the Alterations department's success. This role involves providing top-notch customer service, managing customer flow, and ensuring all alterations tasks are completed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm over various communication channels.
• Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure they receive a five-star experience.
• Address customer concerns confidently and escalate appropriately.
• Promote alterations services and personalize options for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized alterations area.
• Perform duties assigned by the store manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel or specialty stores.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) systems is beneficial.
