Responsibilities

• Behavioral Health Roles:
  • Provide clinical services, including counseling, therapy, and crisis intervention.
  • Coordinate care and support for individuals with behavioral health needs.
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to deliver integrated services.
  • Perform janitorial duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Support administrative functions such as payroll, accounting, and clerical tasks.
• Head Start Roles:
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities for children aged birth to five.
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth through classroom instruction and play-based learning.
  • Conduct family needs assessments and provide resources to support family well-being.
  • Ensure the safety and supervision of children during transportation and classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with education supervisors and family advocates to meet program goals.
  • Assist with classroom management, meal service, and daily routines.

Requirements

• Behavioral Health Roles:
  • Relevant degree or certification in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field (varies by position).
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio (e.g., LISW, LPCC, LPC, LSW, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or families in a clinical or community setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for behavioral health interventions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • For peer support roles: lived experience with behavioral health challenges is preferred.
  • For janitorial roles: ability to perform physical tasks and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Head Start Roles:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (varies by position).
  • Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in early education.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • For bus driver roles: valid Ohio CDL with passenger endorsement and clean driving record.
  • For lead teacher roles: Ohio Department of Education teaching license or equivalent certification.
