What you’ll do:
- Research and validate US equity alpha signals (intraday to a couple of days)
- Use internal flow + market data (price/volume); open to alternative datasets
- Productionize signals (research-to-live ownership; separate team handles trading engines)
- Work tightly with trading to enhance liquidity + risk outcomes
Background:
- 3+ years in alpha research / systematic equities (ideally at the intraday horizon)
- Strong Python proficiency
- Solid microstructure understanding
