About the role

Responsibilities

- Refer unresolved cases (approximately 1.4%) to judicial authorities for further action.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve dispute resolution processes and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of cases and outcomes for reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in labour law, dispute resolution, or a similar role within government or legal sectors.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
