ALM Inbound/Outbound Technician

About the role
The Receiving Team plays a vital part in Milestone's operations by ensuring smooth logistics and asset management. This role involves verifying, receiving, and staging incoming shipments, logging exceptions, and updating tickets promptly.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Verify, receive, and stage incoming freight
- Log any exceptions at the time of receipt and unload
- Receive and reroute incoming shipments for internal customers on the same day
- Update and resolve tickets once the requested items are received
- Triage and route incoming replenishment requests to the appropriate group for handling
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Properly file any purchase order receipts, trucking bills of lading (BOL), or parcel manifests
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving roles
- Basic knowledge of inventory tracking systems
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications
