Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster trust and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Producing, interpreting, and delivering comprehensive financial risk management reports.

Requirements
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant financial experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in fixed income securities, loan valuation, cash flow modeling and prepayment analysis.
- A solid foundation in accounting principles and economic theory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like lookups, pivot tables, and formula creation.
- Understanding of Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate or Azure database experience.
- Competency in other Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Travel: The ALM Consultant is expected to make client visits and deliver presentations as needed. The extent of travel required by the position is typically less than 10%.
Preferred Requirements
- Advanced Credentials: An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) and/or certifications such as CFA, FRM, CTP, or CPA.
- Modeling Expertise: Experience with financial modeling platforms, including but not limited to Empyrean, FIS Balance Sheet Manager, QRM, KRM, ZM, Plansmith, or Profitstars.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages.
- Presentation Skills: Proven ability to design and deliver impactful client presentations.
