Responsibilities

• Work with high energy individuals who are passionate about the sport.
• Create a collaborative and creative coaching environment.
• Develop training plans tailored to each athlete's individual needs.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
• Share knowledge with your athletes to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with other coaches to ensure athletes are challenged and motivated.

Requirements

• Competitive cheer experience required.
• Travel between both locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience levels of 1-6 will be put to the test.
• Natural ability to connect with kids on a personal level.
• Love working with kids and fostering a positive, supportive environment.
