Allround Service Monteur

About the role

As an Allround Service Technician at WPS, you are the go-to problem solver for our customers when systems experience malfunctions. You quickly adapt, think in solutions, and enjoy being on the move. Whether you're on-site for maintenance, resolving a breakdown, or contributing to the installation of a new system, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll join a close-knit team, collaborating with other service and maintenance technicians and directly coordinating with the service helpdesk.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service on-site to ensure our logistic systems perform optimally.
• Analyze problems and use your broad technical knowledge to quickly find solutions.
• Assist in the expansion or startup of new installations at existing customer sites.
• Work closely with your service team colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enjoy a varied workload, both technically and in terms of location—no two days are the same!

Requirements

• Technical background with at least an MBO (vocational) work and thinking level, through education or experience.
• Broad technical knowledge, both in electrical and mechanical engineering.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
• Solution-oriented, precise, and customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of PLC or a willingness to learn more about it.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (B).
