About the role

WPS develops intelligent logistieke systemen that make the work of horticultural businesses and plant researchers worldwide more efficient, sustainable, and manageable. As an Allround Installatie Monteur, you bring these systems to life by installing and assembling mechanical installations for clients both domestically and internationally. You are practical, precise, and thrive on variety. You ensure every system operates flawlessly and may eventually lead other technicians on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble mechanical systems on-site at diverse client locations.
• Perform intermediate and final quality checks to ensure everything proceeds according to plan.
• Serve as the primary contact for mechanical installation on projects and direct external technicians.
• Work flexibly, traveling frequently within the region, the Netherlands, Europe, or even to locations like America.
• Collaborate with an enthusiastic team, both on-site and during weekly social gatherings like the Friday afternoon drinks.

Requirements

• Technical background with at least an MBO work and thinking level, through education or experience.
• Solution-oriented, independent, and enjoys working in a team.
• Enjoys traveling for work and has a flexible mindset.
• Approaches challenges with a problem-solving attitude.
• Holds at least a driver’s license B.
