About the role

WPS develops intelligent logistic systems that make the work of horticultural businesses and plant researchers worldwide more efficient and sustainable. As an Allround Elektromonteur at WPS, you play a key role in building and installing these smart systems. You have a practical mindset, think in solutions, and enjoy variety in your work—whether constructing control panels in our workshop or realizing installations on-site. You also handle mechanical tasks such as installing cable ducts, mounting sensors, and setting up switches.

Responsibilities

• Build and install control panels in our workshop and realize electrical installations across various projects.
• Perform mechanical work, including creating cable ducts, mounting sensors, and installing switches.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
• Work solution-oriented, translating ideas into concrete actions while adhering to specifications.
• Work flexibly, both at our location and at customer sites in the region.

Requirements

• Technical background with at least an MBO (vocational) work and thinking level, through education or experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a comparable role.
• Electrotechnical knowledge and experience, combined with mechanical skills (PLC knowledge is a plus).
• Work accurately and deliver quality.
• Motivation to continuously learn and develop.
• Possession of a B driver’s license.
