• Pay due attention to creating a pleasant yet productive working environment for your team
• Monitor new job students and room staff and direct them where necessary
• Keep a close eye on the stock and make sure it is sufficient at all times
• Make the restaurant shine both in front of and behind the scenes

• Have previous hospitality experience
