Responsibilities
- Manage replenishment of all Kate Spade locations to maintain healthy inventory levels on a weekly basis by analyzing store sales and future WOS.
- Analyze historical business trends on an ongoing basis to understand business drivers, identify opportunities and risks, while partnering with key stakeholders to take action appropriately.
- Manage monthly store planning deliverables, including sales by store and KPI forecasting; store cluster management; and cross-functional communication with finance and field teams.
- Collaborate with store field teams to ensure they are set up for success and have the proper inventory to do forecasted sales as well as gather anecdotal information that might affect future sales plans.
- Run ad-hoc analysis when needed to provide clear conclusions and actionable next steps.
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical/retail math skills; ability to analyze retail business at a macro/micro level
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
- Flexibility to multi-task and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in allocation, merchandise planning, or inventory management (retail or fashion industry preferred)
