Allied / Tech - CT Tech

Responsibilities

• Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
• Conduct routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures such as CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in processing CT system, surgical/sterile procedures, and cross-sectional anatomy.

Requirements

• AARRT/TMB License
• BLS Required
• Block Scheduling Possible

Qualifications

• Two years' experience
• Beds: 9
• Scrub: Navy Blue
• EMR: Cerner

Skills

• Licensed as a general radiographer
• Proficient in CT scanning procedures
• Knowledge of CT system processing
• Experience with surgical/sterile procedures
• Understanding of cross-sectional anatomy
