Allied Parts Specialist

About the role

Provide superior level of support to internal and external customers throughout the CBE Territory. Work with vendors to ensure premier customer experience by providing timely and cost effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prompt responses to customer inquiries via telephone or email
• Work with vendors to provide timely and accurate quotes
• Actively communicate status of orders
• Support service operations to allow for timely completion
• Support Machine, Engine and Product Support Sales as needed

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding and mechanical aptitude of machines and engines supported by CBE
• Extensive drive to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Excellent decision making and interpersonal skills and the ability to perform effectively in an environment of various levels of complexity, priorities and time schedule deadlines
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
