Allianz Investment Management (AIM) Compliance Advisor | Hybrid
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, scam-warning, application instructions. Also remove "What It’s Like To Work Here | Allianz Life." etc. Also remove "Allianz Group is one of the most trusted..." maybe that's boilerplate? It's about company culture but could be considered substantive? It's generic but maybe keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The paragraph about Allianz Group being trusted etc is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered generic marketing. Might keep as part of About the role? However we need to decide sections. We have content: - Intro mission statement: "At Allianz Life, we are driven by our mission – we secure your future – and by our common goal of caring for tomorrow. We care for our employees by promoting an inclusive culture where everyone has the opportunity to grow and be rewarded for their success. We care for our customers by creating new products that help them protect their families and pursue their retirement goals. We care for our community by giving time, resources, and donations. And we care for the future by supporting sustainability, protecting the local environment, and promoting equality in our communities." That's about company mission; could be "About the role" or maybe "About Allianz Life". Since we have no explicit "About the role" heading, we could create an "About the role" section containing that mission plus the "What You Do" paragraph. - "What You Do The AIM Compliance Advisor (Ethics & Compliance Advisor) reports to the AIM Chief Compliance Officer and supports senior team members in administering Allianz Investment Management's compliance and risk activities. This role requires working knowledge of investment adviser compliance and risk disciplines, spanning multiple programs." That's role description. - Then "Key responsibilities" list. - Then "What You Bring" includes requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in investment management compliance required; 4+ years of experience in compliance training, insurance or related; Ability to communicate complex topics...; Broad and effective communication skills...; Familiarity with asset management portfolio administration and investment adviser compliance administration systems preferred; Working knowledge and experience utilizing artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).; You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas - Then "Job posting range $69,000-103,500" plus note about exclusive of benefits, annual incentive program, final base salary determined based on factors, internal equity, etc. That's Pay info. - Then "What We Offer" benefits list: choice of comprehensive medical, dental and vision plan options, flexible spending and health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, student loan retirement program, generous annual paid leave, outstanding 401(k) company match, life insurance. Plus employees enjoy award-winning campus with discounted amenities: onsite health center, child development center, fitness facility, convenience store and two cafeterias. Employee Resource Groups etc. - Then some more fluff about Allianz Group etc. Might be considered boilerplate but could be kept as part of "About the role" or maybe omitted as it's generic. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Allianz Group paragraph is not exactly those but could be considered generic marketing. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The paragraph about Allianz Group being trusted etc is substantive? It's more fluff but still part of posting. I'd keep it maybe under "About the role" or a separate "About Allianz Life" but we only have allowed headings list. Could use "About the role" to encompass mission and description. Could also add "About the company" but not in list. Safer to keep within "About the role". We must not include sections like Schedule if not present. No schedule info given. So omit Schedule. We must not include Benefits unless posting actually states them - we have benefits. So include Benefits. We must not include Pay unless posting actually states them - we have salary range. So include Pay. We must not include Requirements/Qualifications/Skills unless we have content. We have "What You Bring" which includes requirements, qualifications, skills. We could split into Requirements and Skills maybe. But we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Skills into one section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says we can use those headings. We need to decide which to use. We have responsibilities list. We have "What You Bring" which includes education, experience, skills, authorization. Could be split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (communication, familiarity with systems, AI). But to avoid many thin sections, we could make one "Requirements" section covering all. Or we could have "Qualifications" and "Skills". The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe two sections: Responsibilities and Requirements (including qualifications/skills). Plus About the role, Benefits, Pay. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Check if any other: maybe "What We Offer" is Benefits. Now we need to format. - About the role: include mission paragraph + "What You Do" paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we don't put "AIM Compliance Advisor" as heading. We need to preserve all substantive info: include mission paragraph, what you do paragraph. - Responsibilities: list from "Key responsibilities". The bullet points: "Assist in the administration of core compliance activities under the direction of senior team members (e.g., code of ethics administration; portfolio administration in Aladdin and Bloomberg; regulatory change log)", "Perform compliance testing and monitoring activities (e.g., electronic communications monitoring, testing support) under direct supervision", "Support various compliance program activities, projects, and documentation under direct supervision (e.g., policy administration; risk assessments; training)", "Handle various routine compliance matters, including preparing responses to Know Your Customer requests from asset managers and banking counterparties, performing annual access reviews, and Star Compliance testing". We'll put each as
. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now produce HTML fragment:
