About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage construction teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Oversee material procurement and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and technologies.

Skills

• Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD).
• Project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, resource allocation).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Pay
