What is Bilt?

Bilt is the membership for where you live. It started as a way to reward people on their largest expense and has since grown into an ecosystem connecting members, property managers, and local merchants. Bilt runs lean and moves quickly, with every person contributing to what gets built.

What's the role?

We're looking for an Alliance Concierge who will work closely with customers through product rollout, adoption, and training. This role involves being boots-on-the-ground, acting as an extension of property management partners' teams, and driving the rollout from signed contracts to fully live, adopted, and thriving environments.

This role requires a high level of engagement and ownership, as well as the ability to balance Bilt's mission with the specific needs of each partner. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling frequently to support partners in Boston and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in AI, implementation, customer success, account management, or operations
  • Willingness to travel regionally, up to every week, for on-site launches and partner support
  • Strong training and change-management skills
  • Detail-oriented project management skills to run multiple concurrent rollouts
  • A true "no job too small" attitude — you solve problems, you don't just flag them
