Role Overview: An established independent practice is seeking an experienced allergist to join their team, providing comprehensive allergy and immunology care across all ages. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality allergy and immunology services, including food allergy treatment via OIT and participation in the FARM Program.Collaborate with a team of dual-board certified physicians, PAs, and NPs in a supportive environment.Utilize fully integrated EHR systems and technology resources to ensure efficient patient care.Maintain a focus on patient-centered care, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and professionalism.Potentially see patients at multiple clinic locations within the Twin Cities area. Qualifications & Skills Previous allergy experience or current fellowship training.Exceptional interpersonal skills, honesty, and integrity.Strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in ongoing learning.Ability to manage complex health conditions confidently.
