Allergy and Immunology

Need one provider to work 3 weeks (Mon-Fri) per month. Schedule is 8a-5p w/ a 1-hr unpaid lunch midday. ND and MN licenses are both required (can start on just ND license if MN license is delayed) due to the need to see virtual/TCON visits for the regional MN clinics (Fargo is on the border of MN and ND). Will see both adult and pediatric patients. Start date is flexible – can start any time between January and April. April is the latest start I’m able to accept. Need is long-term so only willing to accept candidates who are looking for/willing to commit to a long-term placement (6+ months). Epic Experience Is Highly Preferred. Orientation rate must be less than (max of 60% of) regular patient care rate.
