Job Description IEX is seeking a Mid‑Level All Source Analyst to join our JOC Watch team supporting United States Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) onsite in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will leverage multi‑source intelligence, analytical tradecraft, and regional/functional expertise to develop actionable insights for senior SOF leaders. This position will support a 24/7 operational requirement and will be subject to shift work which may include Day, Swing or Midnight Shifts which will be scheduled on a 4 week rotation basis. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As an All Source Watch Analyst, you will play a critical role in synthesizing complex intelligence, identifying key trends, and developing assessments that drive mission success. Your work to identify Indications and Warning and provide critical updates to senior leaders supporting SOCCENT’s global responsibilities will contribute to a dynamic mission impact. This role is ideal for an intelligence professional with SOF or AOR‑specific experience who thrives in fast‑paced, operationally focused environments. Job Duties (include But Are Not Limited To) Review, analyze, and evaluate multi‑source and all‑source intelligence of varying clarity, reliability, and validity Synthesize large, complex data sets to produce actionable insights and recommendations Manage and analyze information from SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, ISR and open‑source reporting Utilize intelligence tools including Palantir, FADE, Widow and Thresher Identify I&W using Social Media trend analysis and Open Source/Publicly Available Information Research global political trends, Crisis events, or natural disasters Manage JOC Watch SOPs, Daily Logs, Read books, RFIs, update running Intel estimates Oversee Alert Threashold/escalation matrix, and CCIR tracker Required Skills 8+ years of combined experience in intelligence research, analysis, and multi‑source collection 4+ years of general experience within the SOCCENT AOR or Special Operations Forces (SOF) environment 4+ years of specialized AOR‑specific or functional intelligence experience Demonstrated understanding of analytical principles and database manipulation Experience with SIGINT, HUMINT, or GEOINT methodologies Experience conducting social network analysis and identifying network vulnerabilities Proficiency with Palantir, Maven, FADE, Dataminr, Widow, iSpy, Thresher, SharePoint Experience working with the national intelligence community and DoW joint command structures What You’ll Need To Succeed Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required Experience: 8+ years of relevant intelligence experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field Location: Onsite support required in Tampa, FL Citizenship: Due to government contract requirements, U.S. citizenship is required IEX/GDIT IS YOUR PLACE At IEX/GDIT, the mission is our purpose, and our people are at the center of everything we do. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
