All-Source Intelligence Analysts – Journeyman
About the role
The All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Journeyman will serve as the right-hand to client and internal leadership, providing expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. They will be responsible for programmatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff
- Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts
- Maintain situational awareness across operational areas and ensure intelligence products are actionable, accurate, and aligned with client needs
- Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post-screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis
- Support deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle
- Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting
- Assist in directing requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts, and ensuring quality control of products
- Direct the analytical team in identifying trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements
- Prepare intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces
Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies
- Strong working knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
- Demonstrate some experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Captain (O-3) / GS-13 level or higher
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
Qualifications
- Proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications
- High level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations)
- Ability to maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones
- Strong organizational skills and administrative oversight
- May be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours
Skills
- Knowledge at the tactical and operational levels
- Capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver intelligence briefings at the Captain (O-3) / GS-13 level or higher
