About the role

Nalley Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business working with prime partners to staff Department of Defense and Intelligence Community positions. Created by a U.S. Navy intelligence veteran, Nalley Consulting has grown to include multiple IDIQ vehicles in several states.

Responsibilities

  • Generate finished all source intelligence products that adhere to client and IC standards using a multi-discipline approach.
  • Provide collection research, analysis and recommendations regarding liaison efforts with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products.
  • Identify gaps in available intelligence information and engage with other collection managers on strategies to meet intelligence requirements through Intelligence Community collection disciplines.
  • Employ Intelligence Community analytic standards and appropriate tradecraft, methodologies and techniques and apply specialized subject matter expertise to prepare assessments of current threats and trends for consumers from senior US officials to state and local and private sector customers.
  • Able to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.

Requirements

  • Experience with the CENTCOM AOR
  • Experience with ICD 203 tradecraft standards
  • Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
  • Finished intelligence experience.

Qualifications

  • Senior level - At least 8 years of experience with bachelor's degree.
  • Mid level - At least 3 years of experience and degree.
  • Desired education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree.
  • Required qualifications:
    • Experience with the CENTCOM AOR
    • Experience with ICD 203 tradecraft standards
    • Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
    • Finished intelligence experience.

Skills

  • Experience with authoring current DoD product lines and utilizing tradecraft standards.
  • Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization.
  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing.

Schedule

Shift work: Yes. 4 days on, 1 day off rotating through the following three shift schedules (three weeks per shift before rotating to the next)
- Shift 1: 1100-0800
- Shift 2: 0700-1600
- Shift 3: 1500-0000
