All-Source Analyst - Senior Level

About the role

We are hiring a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst. Analysts provide actionable intelligence to support military operations, planning, and decision-making across the Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic teams and manage all-source intelligence projects.
• Produce strategic-level intelligence assessments for senior leadership and coalition partners.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior analysts.
• Oversee ISR synchronization, collection management, and targeting support.
• Advise leadership on regional threats, political-military developments, and operational implications.
• Cook up and exercise coordination across interagency, joint, and coalition partners.
• Lead deployments and exercises, ensuring mission success under high-pressure environments.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen TS/SCI clearance, SSBI, and favorable CI polygraph.
• Senior: 8+ years of intelligence experience, including leadership or team management.
• Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT, OSINT).
• Willingness and ability to deploy to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting joint or coalition operations.
• Familiarity with intelligence systems, databases, and analytic tools.
• Experience in ISR planning, collection management, and targeting support.
• Regional expertise in AOR political, military, economic, and cultural dynamics.
