All Source Analyst (Production) - Sr with Security Clearance
About the role
Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst at Fort Meade, MD. The position requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, and candidates must have a current polygraph within the past seven years.
Responsibilities
- Provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Cyber analytical support to the customer.
- Write finished intelligence products based on a strong working knowledge of ICD 203/206 standards.
- Conduct in-depth reviews and analyses of classified, unclassified, and open-source material to identify intelligence gaps within the C4ISR infrastructure.
- Acquire, exploit, and annotate current electro optical (EO) imagery from various sources to ensure accuracy of information and populate mandatory record fields within MIDB/NPW.
- Identify intelligence gaps within the C4ISR infrastructure and perform other related analytical tasks as directed by the Government Program Manager.
- Conduct SIGINT functions such as DNEA, TDNA, and TAR.
- Utilize intelligence analysis systems and programs including NPW, MIDB, Remote View, TAC, WISE, NES, IAS, i2d, SOCET GXP, NGDS, Cedalion, Orchestration, and Google Earth.
Requirements
Required experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting relevant analysis, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Required education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree.
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of ICD 203/206 standards.
Experience writing finished intelligence products.
In-depth review and analysis of classified, unclassified, and open-source material.
Ability to acquire, exploit, and annotate current electro optical (EO) imagery from numerous sources.
Identification of intelligence gaps within the C4ISR infrastructure.
Experience with SIGINT functions (DNEA, TDNA, TAR).
Experience with intelligence analysis systems / programs such as NPW, MIDB, Remote View, TAC, WISE, NES, IAS, i2d, SOCET GXP, NGDS, Cedalion, Orchestration, and Google Earth.
