About the role

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst at Fort Meade, MD. The position is located at OPS and requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly.

Responsibilities

• Conducts relevant analysis with at least 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years within the last 2 years.
• Provides Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Cyber analytical support to the customer.
• Writes finished intelligence products based on ICD 203/206 standards.
• Conducts research and analysis on the C4ISR and Cyber infrastructure of assigned countries and urban areas, using both classified and unclassified materials.
• Explores and annotates current electro optical (EO) imagery from various sources to ensure accuracy and populate mandatory record fields within MIDB/NPW.
• Identifies intelligence gaps within the C4ISR infrastructure and performs other related analytical tasks as directed by the Government Program Manager.
• Has past performance in SIGINT functions such as DNEA, TDNA, and TAR.
• Uses intelligence analysis systems and programs like NPW, MIDB, Remote View, TAC, WISENESS, Si2d, Orchestration, Google Earth, etc.

Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree.

Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience conducting relevant analysis, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Skills

• Strong working knowledge of ICD 203/206 standards.
• Experience writing finished intelligence products.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis on C4ISR and Cyber infrastructure.
• Proficiency in acquiring, exploiting, and annotating current electro optical (EO) imagery.
• Knowledge of SIGINT functions (DNEA, TDNA, TAR).
• Experience with intelligence analysis systems and programs such as NPW, MIDB, Remote View, TAC, WISENESS, Si2d, Orchestration, Google Earth, etc.
