Our Deli associates are involved with many aspects of cooking and guest service. Many of the items sold in the deli are created and made right in our store. This department offers strong advancement opportunities for those who like to cook and be hands‑on with food.

Grocery

Grocery Stocker associates create fully stocked aisles for our guests. The role stays busy checking expiration dates, replenishing empty shelves, and interacting directly with shoppers.

Guest Services (Front End)

Front End associates are often the last contact a guest has before leaving the store. They leave a lasting impression of Hometown Grocers and keep guests coming back through exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

Bakery

Bakery associates use creativity and passion for baking with made‑from‑scratch items, transforming food into art. They create different flavors, shapes, and colors across a wide variety of bakery products, with many advancement opportunities available.

Meat

Meat associates work hands‑on with a fresh variety of meat products. The department includes multiple positions focused on preparing quality products and providing guest service.

Frozen Food/Dairy associates create fully stocked aisles, staying busy checking expiration dates and empty shelves while assisting guests directly.
