About the role
The Region 9 HR Services Cooperative is seeking individuals to support various HR functions. This cooperative aims to enhance efficiency and provide comprehensive HR services across multiple organizations.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related programs.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers.
- Administer payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate personnel records and files.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
