About the role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Land and Development Properties Partnership, focusing on UK acquisitions and holdings within a joint venture structure. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and executing land and property opportunities that align with our long-term value creation strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess land and property acquisition opportunities across the UK.
  • Collaborate with global partners to evaluate potential joint venture projects.
  • Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and risk analysis for target acquisitions.
  • Negotiate and structure deals to maximize value through planning gain, subdivision, renovation, or development.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, local authorities, and development partners.
  • Oversee the execution of projects from acquisition through to long-term holding or exit strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in land acquisition, property development, or real estate investment in the UK.
  • Strong understanding of planning gain, subdivision, renovation, and ground-up development processes.
  • Experience working within joint venture partnerships or collaborative investment structures.
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities.
  • Knowledge of UK property markets, regulations, and compliance requirements.
